We offer Free Pick-up for all the products from our warehouse in Brisbane (Lytton, 4178). You can also arrange the shipping yourself by selecting the own pick-up option when checking out.
Direct delivery to a site address or businss can be arranged. A FORKLIFT MUST BE AVAIALBLE ON SITE TO UNLOAD THE STOCK.

Delivery to a PO Box or Parcel Locker is NOT available.
If the products ordered arrive damaged, you will need to make a note on the POD if received and email us within the same day upon receiving your item with photos that clearly shows the product’s damage and any damage to the packaging. We will determine if any items need replacing and arrange replacement stock to be despatched ASAP.
